“I’m honoured and excited to be involved in the design and delivery of this course about leading change. Change leadership remains one of the most challenging endeavours that leaders of organizations undertake. Leaders of changes both large and small must be equipped to listen and learn, [and] then lead and manage a very complex, multi-faceted process. Pulling together various aspects of leadership, design, problem-solving, and communication is very fulfilling for me. My hope is that you find the scientific aspects that we share with you to be compelling and the artful components of change leadership to be motivating, so that you can build your knowledge and skills throughout the course. All of us can be thoughtful and inspiring change leaders. There’s much work to be done!”
